Recipe - Cream Cheese Dressing For Fresh Fruit

Categories: New, Imports, Cream Cheese Dressing For Fresh Fruit
Ingredients:

8 ounce Cream cheese; softened
(227gm)
3 tablespoon Powdered sugar; (50mL)
[icing sugar]
2 tablespoon Light cream; (25mL)
2 tablespoon Orange liqueur; (25mL) Or 1
tbsp. undiluted frozen
orange juice concentrate
(15mL)

Beat all ingredients together until light.

Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines and
grapes.

Serves 4 to 6.

Hallie's notes : Mascarpone could be substituted for the cream cheese.

In Canada we call powdered sugar by the name of icing sugar.
