Recipe - Cream Cheese Chicken (Crockpot)

1 Frying chicken; cut up
6 ounce Cream cheese cut into cubes
2 tablespoon Melted butter or margarine
One half cup Sauterne wine or sherry
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoon Dry Italian salad dressing
mix
1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom
soup
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
Bruch chicken with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a
crockpot and sprinkle dry mix all over. Cover and cook on low for 6 7
hours. About 45 minutes before done, mix soup, cream cheese, wine and onion
in small saucepan. Cook until smooth. Pour over chicken, cover and cook
another 45 minutes. Serve with sauce.
