Recipe - Cream Cheese-Pumpkin Dessert Dip

1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese;
softened
1 cn Pumpkin pie mix (not
solidpack pumpkin)
2 cup Powdered sugar
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Orange rind; grated
Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth; gradually add pumpkin pie
mix and beat well. Beat in the sugar, spices, and orange rind.
Serve as a dip or spread, with your favorite spice cookies, oatmeal
cookies, molasses cookies or gingersnaps.
Yield 3 cups dip.
