Recipe - Cream Biscuits

4 cup Flour
3 teaspoon Cream of tartar
One fourth cup Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Baking soda
2 cup Cream or "Half and Half"
Sift dry ingredients. Cut in One fourth cup of butter. Add the cream. Roll out on
a floured board. Cut with a 2inch cutter. Bake on an ungreased pan in a
hot oven of 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
