1 cn (16 oz.) kidney beans,
rinsed and drained
1 cn (15 oz.) lima beans, rinsed
and drained
1 cn (14 One half oz.) green beans,
drained
1 cn (14 One half oz.) wax beans,
drained
1 cup Thinly cut or sliced up celery
1 lg Green pepper, chopped
One half cup Thinly cut or sliced up onion
DRESSING
1/3 cup Vinegar
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
1 One half teaspoon Ground mustard
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
Place the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing over
ingredients; mix well. Pour over bean mixture; toss gently. cover and
refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Yield 1012
servings.
