Recipe - Crazy Crust Apple Pie

1 cup Flour
1 cn (21 oz) apple pie filling
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Apple pie spice OR cinnamon
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Egg
Three fourths cup Water
2/3 cup Solid shortening

In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, shortening
and water; blend well. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Pour
into 9 inch pie pan. Combine pie filling, lemon juice and spice. Pour into
center of batter. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Mince or
