Recipe - Crawfish Pistolettes

1 pound Crawfish tails
8 ounce Cream cheese
One half Stick butter
1 small Onion; finely minced
1 Stalk celery; finely minced
One half Bell pepper; finely minced
2 Cloves garlic; finely minced
1 Jalapeno; seeded and minced
1 bn Parsley; finely chopped
12 Bread rolls
Saute crawfish and vegetables slightly. Let cool then mix with butter and
cream cheese.
Core the bread rolls and stuff with mixture. (Best to get hard crusted
bread rolls).
Heat in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
