Recipe - Crawfish Pasta

1 pound Crawfish; tailmeat only
Vegetable cooking spray
1 Clove garlic; minced
One half cup Green onions; cut or sliced up
1 cup Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
3 ounce Parmesan cheese; grated
5 ounce Evaporated skim milk
8 ounce Pasta; any kind
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Saute garlic, green onions and
mushrooms until tender. Add crawfish tailmeat and cook for 5 minutes over
low heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and evaporated milk. Simmer about 5
minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta.
