Recipe - Crawfish Fettucine Or Monica

One half cup Onion chopped
One half cup Celery chopped
One half cup Parsley chopped
One half cup Green onions chopped
1 pound Peeled crawfish tales
12 ounce Fettucini noodles cook
1 cup Heavy cream or
Halfandhalf
One fourth pound Margarine
One half teaspoon Sweet basil
One fourth teaspoon Thyme
One fourth teaspoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One fourth teaspoon Pepper

Saute the onion and celery in margarine until soft. Add remaining
ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes. (wrv)
