One fourth cup Melted butter or margarine
2 cup Sifted allpurpose flour
3 lg Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Milk
One half teaspoon Thyme
One half teaspoon Chopped garlic
One fourth cup Chopped green onions
One fourth cup Chopped parsley
10 ounce Cooked crawfish tails; chop
just a little
Preheat oven to 375~. Oil and flour a 9x13x2" pan. In bowl mix margarine,
flour and eggs. Remove lumps. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Place
batter in prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until done. (wrv)
