Recipe - Crane House Pumpking Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup Corn Oil
4 Eggs; Beaten
2/3 cup Water
2 cup Canned Pumpkin
3 1/3 cup Flour; Sifted
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
3 cup Sugar
One half cup Golden Raisins
One half cup Nuts; Chopped

Grease and flour two long loaf pans or three standard loaf pans. Mix
following wet ingredients: corn oil, eggs, water, and pumpkin. Add the
Following dry ingredients: flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, and
sugar. To combined mixture, add raisins, and nuts. Bake one hour at 350
degrees.
