Recipe - Cranberry And Raisin Pie

2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 One fourth cup Hot water
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Raisins
2 cup Cranberries
1 tablespoon Butter
1 8inch pie crust with extra
for lattice strips
In a saucepan, blend together cornstarch and sugar. Add the hot water and
cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add raisins, butter, and
cranberries. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour filling into pie crust and cover top
with One half inch lattice strips of pastry. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.
