Recipe - Cranberry And Cinnamon Relish

1 pound Onions; halved and cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
9 ounce Cranberries
2 tablespoon Redcurrant jelly
1 Cinnamon stick
Gently cook the onions in the oil and sugar for about 20 mins, until soft
ad caramelised. Add rest of the ingredients with a quarter pint of water
and seasoning. Simmer for about 10 mins until the cranberries are soft.
Taste and add more sugar if required. Serve warm.
