Recipe - Cranberry Walnut Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 One fourth cup Bisquick baking mix
One half cup Chopped dried cranberries
One half cup Chopped walnuts
2/3 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Sugar

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop
dough by 10 to 12 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10
minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. 10 to 12 biscuits. High Altitude
Directions (3500 to 6500 feet): Heat oven to 475 degrees. Serving Size: 1
Biscuit. Calories 140 (Calories from fat 35); Fat 4g (Saturated 2g);

potato casserole. The dried cranberries should be soaked (orange juice
would be good) to plump them. They were easy and delicious biscuits.
