Recipe - Cranberry Sweet Potato Muffins

Ingredients:

1 One half cup Flour
One half cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
1 lg Egg
One half cup Milk
One half cup Sweet potatoes; mashed
One fourth cup Margarine; melted
1 cup Cranberries

Combine dry ingredients. Stir combined wet ingredients into dry & stir just
until moistened. Fold in cranberries. Fill 12 paperlined muffin cups about
2/3 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired. Bake at 375F for 1822
minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
