Recipe - Cranberry Relish - Master Chefs

4 cup Whole fresh cranberries
2 Whole oranges and rind
2 cup Sugar
Put cranberries in food processor and grind to a coarse consistency.
Quarter oranges and grind in food processor. Mix and add sugar. Let sit at
room temperature until well blended. Pour into pint jars. Refrigerate or
freeze. Variations might include adding 3 chopped apples or 1 (15oz) can
drained crushed pineapple. Yield: 1 quart.
