Recipe - Cranberry Pecan Mold

1 pack Strawberry flavored gelatin;
(3oz)
1 cup Hot water
1 cn Whole berry cranberry sauce;
(16 oz)
One half cup Chopped celery
One half cup Chopped pecans; (or more)
1 cup Sour cream
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until consistency of egg white. Remove
from refrigerator and add broken up cranberry sauce, celery and nuts; fold
in sour cream. Pour into a 4cup mold that has been sprayed with vegetable
spray; chill until firm. Unmold on a bed of letuce to serve.
