Recipe - Cranberry Pecan Bread

3/8 cup Butter
Three fourths cup Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/3 cup Milk
Three fourths cup Chopped cranberries
One half cup Chopped pecans
One half cup Flaked sweetened coconut

Blend butter, sugar, and egg until smooth. Add vanilla and baking powder,
then add flour and milk. When well mixed, stir in the cranberries, pecans,
and coconut. Pour batter into a lightly greased bread pan. Bake at 350
degrees for about 1 One fourth hours, until it passes the toothpick test.
