Ingredients:
Cranberry Orange Bread recipe makes 8 Servings
2 cup Flour
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth cup Soft butter or margarine
Three fourths cup Orange juice
1 cup Cranberries
Three fourths cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Orange peel
1 Egg
One half Chopped nuts.
Grease bottom only of loaf pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking
soda; stir in butter till mixture is crumbly. Stir in o.j., orange peel,
and egg,just till moistened; stir in berries, and nuts. Spread in pan. Bake
at 350 oven for 5560 min. Cool 5 min., remove from pan.
