Recipe - Cranberry Nut Loaf

2 cup Flour
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Sugar, brown
1 Oranges
2 tablespoon Oil
One half cup Milk
1 Eggs
One half cup Walnuts, chopped
1 cup Cranberries
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together in bowl flour, baking powder, salt, and sugars.
Juice orange and grate zest. Put grated zest and juice in 1cup measuring
cup. Add oil. Fill with milk to Three fourths cup measure. Beat egg into mixture and
add to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and add walnuts and cranberries cut
in 23 pieces.
Bake in loaf pan one hour. Cool
This recipe freezes well.
