Recipe - Cranberry Nut Holiday Bread

2 cup Allpurpose flour
One half cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup Butter; melted
2 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 Egg
1 pack (6oz) Nestle Toll House
semisweet chocolate
morsels
1 cup Chopped cranberries
One half cup Chopped walnuts
Confectioners' sugar
6Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking
powder, baking soda and salt. Add milk, butter, vinegar, orange rind and
egg; mix well. Stir in Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate morsels,
cranberries and walnuts. Spoon into greased and floured 9x5x3inch loaf
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5560 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from
pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
Makes one loaf.
