Recipe - Cranberry Holiday Mold

2 cup Water; boiling
1 pack JellO Cranberry flavor
gelatin; 8serving size
1 One half cup Cold ginger ale
2 cup Green and/or red seedless
grapes; halved
1 cn Mandarin orange segments;
11ounce, drained
In large bowl stir boiling water into gelatin at least 2 minutes until
completely dissolved. Stir in cold ginger ale. Refrigerate about 1 1/2
hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through mixture leaves definite
impression). Stir in fruit. Spoon into 6cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or
until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Store leftover gelatin mold in
refrigerator. Makes
10 servings. Note: lemonlime carbonated beverage or water may be
substituted for the ginger ale. 2 packages of 4serving size JellO may be
used instead of 1 package of an 8serving size. Any red flavor of JellO
may be used.
