Recipe - Cranberry Ham

1 Smoked; (5 to 7pound)
fully cooked ham half
Whole cloves
1 cn (8ounce) cranberry sauce
One fourth cup Firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Steak sauce
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One fourth teaspoon Ground allspice
One fourth teaspoon Ground cloves
Garnishes: salad greens; red
grapes
Remove and discard skin from ham. Score fat on ham in a diamond design, and
stud with whole cloves. Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow
roasting pan.
Combine cranberry sauce and next 6 ingredients. Baste ham with One fourth cup
mixture.
Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover and baste ham. Bake, uncovered,
1 more hour or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest portion
registers 140°, basting every 15 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
Makes 10 to 14 servings.
