Ingredients:

2 One half cup Cranberry juice cocktail
2 tablespoon Lemonade; frozen concentrate
1 cup Apple juice
2 Bananas
1 cup Seedless grapes
Three fourths cup GrapeNuts
One fourth cup Honey; or to taste

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
