Recipe - Cranberry Crisps

Ingredients:
Cranberry Crisps recipe makes 18 Servings
1 cup Quick oatmeal
One half cup Shredded coconut
One half cup Flour
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
1/3 cup Butter, melted
1 cn Cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Mix first five ingredients together. Pack One half mixture in greased or sprayed
baking dish. Spread with cranberry sauce and lemon juice. Cover with rest
of mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 325°. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla
ice cream.
NOTES : Please, feel free to adapt this to other fruit sauces. I tried
apricot and it turned out great.
