Recipe - Cranberry Cookies With Orange Glaze

One half cup Margarine
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
1 cup Sugar
One fourth cup Milk
2 tablespoon Orange juice
1 Egg
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 One half cup Raw cranberries; coarsely
chopped
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Chopped walnuts; optional

Cream together butler, sugar and brown sugar. Beat in milk, orange juice,
and egg. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and
salt. Blend well with sugar mixture. Stir in walnuts and cranberry pieces.
Drop dough by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10
15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
