Recipe - Cranberry Cake Ring

1 pack (3 oz.) cream cheese;
softened
1 Box (18 One fourth oz.) lemon cake
mix
Three fourths cup Milk
4 Eggs
1 One fourth cup Ground cranberries
One half cup Nuts; broken
One fourth cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Ground mace
In large mixing bowl, place cream cheese, cake mix and milk; beat for 2
minutes. Add eggs; beat 2 minutes longer. Combine remaining ingredients;
fold into batter. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at
350 for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Yield 1620
servings.
