Recipe - Cranberry Apple Bread - Abm

1 One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One half teaspoon Baking soda
2 cup Peeled; cored, chopped
apples
Three fourths cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
One fourth cup Egg Beaters Healthy Real Egg
Substitute
1 cup Fresh or frozen cranberries
One half cup Chopped walnuts; optional
1.Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside.
2.Mix apples, sugar and oil in medium bowl. Stir in Egg Beaters. Add flour
mixture; stirring just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and walnuts if
desired. Spread batter into greased 8 One half x 4 One half x 2 1/2inch loaf pan.
3.Bake at 350¡F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on
wire rack.
Nutrition Information per serving (without walnuts): 143 calories, 3 g
total fat, 0 g saturated fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 61 mg sodium.
