Recipe - Cran Raspberry Sherbet

2 pack (3 oz) raspberry flavor
jello; or one 6oz. package
1 One half Cran Apricot Waffles
1 pt Raspberry sherbet
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cn (16 oz.) whole cranberry
sauce
Dissolve raspberry flavored gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sherbet and
lemon juice. Chill if necessary until mixture mounds. Mash cranberry sauce
slightly with fork. Fold into gelatin mixture. Turn mixture into 5cup ring
mold. Chill until firm (at least 810 hours).
