Recipe - Cracklin Oat Bran Cookies

2 cup Cracklin' oat bran
1 Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
One half cup Margarine
One half cup Sugar
One half cup Brown sugar
2 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Raisins

Recipe by: Kelloggs box Crush cereal into nugget size pieces. Set aside.
Combine flour, soda, salt and spices. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl,
beat together margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and
vanilla; beat well. Add crushed cereal and flour mixture; mix until well
combined. Stir in raisins. Drop by tbsp onto baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Let cool on wire rack. Per cookie: 90 calories
and 3 grams fat.
