Recipe - Crabmeat Au Gratin Ii

1 pound Crabmeat
1 Stalk celery, chopped
2 Green onions, chopped
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
One half cup White wine
8 tablespoon Butter
2 Onions, chopped
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1 cn Mushroom pieces
1 cup American cheese, grated
Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add crabmeat, soup and
mushrooms. Blend well, add remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into
casserole dish. Bake at 350 F. until hot and bubbly. Courtesy Telephone
