Recipe - Crab With Curried Rice

CRAB
2 pound Crab meat
1 One half cup Sharp cheese coarsely
Grate
4 cup Thick white sauce
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
One half cup Green pepper finely
Diced
2 tablespoon Sherry
One half cup Pimientos chopped
Salt, pepper paprika/
Taste
1 cup Celery finely minced
CURRIED RICE
2 cup Rice
1 tablespoon Curry powder
2 cup Chicken stock
Salt to taste
Season white sauce with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and sherry. Combine
all ingredients or arrange in layers in casserole dish, keeping back 1/2
cup cheese for top of dish. Sprinkle paprika over top and bake for one
hour in 350 degree oven. Serve with curried rice: combine all ingredients
