1 pack Frozen spinach; chopped
1 cup Sharp cheese; grated
One fourth cup Butter plus
2 tablespoon Butter; melted
2 tablespoon Onion; minced
2 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Milk
1/8 teaspoon Curry powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 pound Crabmeat
One half cup Bread crumbs

Cook spinach and drain well. Put in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese over spinach. Melt One fourth cup butter and saute onions until
transparent. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and stir in flour.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add curry powder and salt.
Stir lemon juice and crabmeat into sauce. Pour over spinach and cheese. Add
bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
