Recipe - Crab Scramble

9 Eggs
One half cup Milk
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese; cut in
small cubes
1 cn (6 oz) crab meat; picked
over, and flaked
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
One half cup Butter
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh dill
*Or, fresh crab meat, picked over and flaked.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Add the cream cheese, crab meat,
salt and pepper. In a 7 by 12inch baking dish (or a 9 by 9inch), melt
the butter. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the chopped dill
over the top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
