Recipe - Crab Ring

1 teaspoon Unflavored gelatin
One fourth cup Cold water
2 pack (8oz) cream cheese;
softened
2 tablespoon Sherry
1 Jar (2oz) chopped pimento;
drained
1 cn Crab meat; drained
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Parsley
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir over hot water until dissolved. In
mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted gelatin, sherry, salt,
pimento & remaining ingredients. Pour into a 3cup mold that has been
greased or sprayed. Chill until set & serve with crackers.
