Categories: Appetizers, Seafood, Side Dishes, Crab Rangoon Spread With Won Ton Crackers
Ingredients:

20 Wonton wrappers
3 tablespoon Butter, melted (up to 4)
Parmesan cheese, grated
8 ounce Cream cheese
2 tablespoon Milk
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
6 ounce Crab meat
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley, or green
onions
Sweet and sour sauce,
optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly brush a cookie sheet with melted
butter. Cut won ton squares in half (to make rectangles). Arrange
rectangles in prepared pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with
parmesan cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on paper
towels. Repeat with remaining won ton rectangles.

Place cream cheese in glass bowl and soften in microwave oven on high power
1 to 2 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic powder. When well blended, stir in
crambeat and parsley. Heat 1 to 3 minutes longer until thoroughly heated.
Spread mixture in shallow serving dish. Top mixture with the sweet and sour
sauce, if desired. Serve heated spread with won ton crackers.
