Recipe - Crab Pinwheel Appetizers

1 pack (68 oz) frozen Alaska crab,
thawed
1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
3 tablespoon Sliced green onions
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
1/8 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 ds Fresh ground pepper
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
1 pack Refrigerator crescent rolls
Drain and slice crab. Combine with cheese, green onions, parsley, mustard,
pepper and mayonnnaise. Carefully unroll crescent roll dough; moisten and
seal perforations. Gently roll out to form a 9" x 15" rectangle. Spread
crab mixture over dough to within 1" of edges. From long side, roll up
jelly roll fashion, sealing well. Cut into 1/2" slices and place on greased
baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 1012 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
Yield: 2 dozen
