Recipe - Crab Meat Dip

24 ounce Cream cheese softened
One half cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Dry white wine
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 One half teaspoon Powdered sugar
One half teaspoon Onion juice
20 ml Pressed garlic
1 pound Flaked crab meat
One half cup Toasted chopped pinenuts;
Run through food processor
On pulsator
One fourth cup Fresh parsley
Directions Thoroughly combine cheese, mayonnaise, wine, mustard, sugar
onion juice and garlic. Fold in flaked crab and heat. Transfer to warm
chafing dishand sprinkle with pinenuts and parsley. Serve with crackers.
