Recipe - Crab Filling For Mini Cream Puffs

3 ounce Cream cheese; softened
One fourth cup Maui onion; finely minced
2 tablespoon Fresh chives; chopped
One fourth cup Carrot; finely shredded
2 tablespoon Roasted peppers; finely
chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 ds Tabasco sauce
1 pack (6 oz) frozen crab meat;
cooked, drained
Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion.
Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well.
Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
