Recipe - Coyotes Basic Chile Verde (Sauce - Mild)

12 New mex chiles, roasted &
pealed
2 Serrano chiles, roasted &
pealed
One half White onion, roasted &
chopped
4 Cloves garlic, roasted
1 Line, juice
2 tablespoon Mexican oregano (up to 5)
2 teaspoon Ground cumin
4 ounce Corona beer

This can be used as chile verde sauce or just for a dipping sauce

Take the ingredients, place in a blender/ food processor blend til sauce
