Recipe - Coyote Texas Tacos

One fourth pound Ground sirloin
2 Red jalapenos+ ( serranos if
you don't; minced like
jalapenos)
One fourth Onion minced
3 Cloves garlic minced; (3 to
4)
1 ds Jalapeno salt
1 ds Garlic seasonall
Corn tortillas
Recipe By: Crazy Coyote Howlin' for Habaneros via Chileheads
Throw all of the ingredients (except the tortillas) in a stirfry pan/ wok.
As you cook the food over mediumhigh heat continue to stir until the meat
crumbles. Remove from heat, cook your tortillas. Fill your Tacos and top
with one or more of the following Gaucamole shredded cheese Pico de Gallo /
slasa cruda / hot sauce sour cream minced tomatoes It takes about 10
minutes to cook up this meal. Crazy Coyote Howlin' for Habaneros
NOTES : This is one of my favorite was to use ripe red jalapenos. This is a
