Recipe - Coyote Summer Salsa
Categories: Dip, Coyote Summer Salsa
2 Oranges; peeled & cut into
pieces
1 small Onion; chopped fine
2 Minced Habaneros; or more
(to your heat level liking)
One fourth cup Chopped cilantro leaves *no
stems*; or more
3 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
One half teaspoon Dried Mexican oregano
One fourth teaspoon Salt (optionalI usually
leave it out)
Mix it all together let it sit for a One half hour then open a bag of your
favorite tortilla chips & a bottle of good ale enjoy :)
