One half cup Couscous, uncooked
8 ounce Chicken stock
2 ounce Sundried cherries
Salt and pepper, to taste
Just got back from the Disney Institute again and as always, I had a

so don't worry. With our appetizer and salad course, we were served
champagne. With dinner, a wonderful white wine was selected. Dessert...
you'll see. Put cold stock, couscous and cherries into a pot. Place the pot
on a stove at medium heat. Allow to come to a simmer.
Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Adjust seasonings.Spoon
some couscous into a One half cup measure and press firmly. Unmold onto the
serving plate.
