Recipe - Country White Bread

1 cup Plus 1 tbsp water
1 Egg
4 One half teaspoon Vegetable oil
3 One fourth cup Bread flour
One fourth cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 One fourth teaspoon Active dry yeast

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by
manufacturer. Select basic bread settingr. Choose crust color and loaf size
if available. Bake according to machine directions.
