Country Sausage And Rice recipe makes 16 Servings
1 pound Pork sausage bulk
One half cup Pepper, green chopped
One half cup Rice, regular longgrain
1 tablespoon Scallions chopped
Three fourths cup Celery chopped
13 Three fourths ounce Chicken broth (College
Inn)
In large skillet, over mediumhigh heat, cook and stir sausage until
browned; drain well. Stir in rice, celery, green pepper, scallions and
chicken broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 45 minutes,
stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed and rice is done.
