Recipe - Country Ham Steak Wglazed Apples

3 tablespoon Butter
One fourth cup Brown sugar; firmly packed
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard; country style
2 cup Apples; tart
1 pound Ham steak (1/2" thick)

In large skillet, melt butter until sizzling; stir in brown sugar and
mustard. Core and slice apples (about 2 apples) and add to skillet. Cook
over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are crisply tender (5
to 7 minutes). Place ham steak in same skillet, arranging apples on ham
steak. Cover and continue cooking until ham steak is heated through (5 to 7
minutes).
