Recipe - Country Corn Bread

8 ounce Plain yogurt
One fourth cup Vegetable cooking oil
1 Egg
1 cup Allpurpose flour
1 cup Enriched cornmeal
One fourth cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1. Beat together yogurt, vegetable oil and egg.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan.
4. Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
