Recipe - Country Breakfast Sausage

1 pound Pork, ground
1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
One half teaspoon Thyme, dried leaf
One half teaspoon Sage, dried leaf
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper, freshly ground
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Cover and
refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend.
2. Shape into 6 patties. Cook in lightly greased skillet over medium heat
about 15 minutes or until browned onboth sides and centers are no longer
pink, turning occasionally.
