Recipe - Country Biscuits

2 cup Flour
3 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Diet margarine
Three fourths cup Skim milk
Sift the flour and remeasure to 2 cups. Sift again with the baking powder
and salt. Cut in the margarine with a pastry blender. Add the milk. Stir
the mixture quickly and lightly with a fork just until the dough clings
together in a ball. Then turn the dough out onto a lightly floured board
and knead it gently. Roll the dough or pat it out to 1/2" thickness. Cut
the dough with a 2" biscuit cutter and place the dough circles on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 1215 minutes in a preheated 450 oven. Per
