Recipe - Cottage Tuna Noodle

6 ounce Uncooked noodles; (4 cups
cooked)
One fourth cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Cottage cheese
1 cn (8 oz.) sour cream
One fourth cup Water
1 cn (6 One half oz.) tuna
One fourth cup Grated Romano cheese
Cook noodles according to package directions, until tender. Drain. Add
onion, salt, pepper, cottage cheese, imitation sour cream, water, and tuna.
Mix well. Pour into 1 One half quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake in
400 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot. Makes 68 servings, 3/4
cup each.
